Terms and Conditions for subscriptions

Service Agreement (an agreement will be emailed to you for official signing once you are signed up)

1. Services Provided:

The Service Provider agrees to provide lawn mowing services to the Customer.

The services include 20 mows per year, with fortnightly mows from September to March and monthly mows from April to August.

2. Payment Terms:

The Customer agrees to pay the weekly amount for the services provided.

The weekly payment will be debited from the Customer's bank account, or from a credit card payment set up.

3. Payment Authorization:

By signing the Agreement, the Customer authorizes the Service Provider to debit the agreed upon amount weekly from the Customer's bank account, or credit card.

4. Term and Termination:

This Agreement is effective from the date of signing and will continue until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.

5. Liability:

The Service Provider will not be liable for any damage to the Customer's property unless caused by the Service Provider's negligence.

6. Pets and animals on the property:

The customer agrees to give access to the property on the scheduled days, animals will be locked away for their safety and the safety of the service provider.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland.
